The city stroller is so easy to use, highly recommend. “From the very first interaction with Lisa, I knew this was going to be a wonderful experience. She was so accommodating and patient when I forgot to let her know I was heading to the airport and THEN I got there earlier than we had first planned. She wasn’t bothered at all but I will make sure I communicate better next time. The seat was clean and was even on a car to make it easier to maneuver. She explained how to install it and check in later to see if I had any issues. She is so sweet too! She makes you feel important! Think white glove customer service! I love that. It’s already so stressful traveling and then traveling with kids is more so! I was glad I didn’t have to tote around a car seat. If you are on the fence about bringing a car seat or renting one-rent it!! I will definitely go through Lisa again!”
